Founded by Megan Feveryear, the company is rooted in a simple yet powerful phrase passed down from her grandfather, who ran a small car repair and gas station on Long Run Road in Schuylkill Haven, PA: “Win people to Jesus.”

Lauren Raybon is a Nashville-based professional with a background in music business, digital media, and high-level administrative support. A Belmont University graduate, she has contributed to organizations such as Spirit Music Nashville, Country Radio Broadcasters, and Burning Ground Entertainment, supporting publishing operations, event execution, and social media strategy. Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication, Lauren thrives in fast-paced environments where she can manage logistics, streamline operations, and support both creative and business initiatives. Her experience as a personal assistant and house manager further reflects her ability to anticipate needs, balance priorities, and deliver reliable, high-quality support.
